About Britonica
Emerging from the wreckage of Rogers retro rocket, Britonica are one of the south's most prolific and well established bands,if you were to Mix Piano lead melody with rock gtr riffs, beach boys harmony's and funky licks, you may be half way to describing the unique britonica sound, the band were once quoted to say "We are a bit like the Bealieu Monorail - a bit rickety, you don't quite know if your gonna make it to the end, but its one helluva ride" The band have a few accolades to there name; A win at a Battle of the bands competition in london, A small tour of france, festival appearances, two full length albums and another in the making. Rob Henderson, (piano tamer and pineapple keeper) feels that although the band have been playing for 7 years, they are able to keep it fresh by the constant hard work and devotion of the other 3 members, Pete lawrence (bass) Dave soothill (Gtr) and Ryan O'sullivan. "anything is possible and we are always striving for perfection"
